- Hi! My name is Erin, the reason for this blog is mainly to host a gallery of cakes I have made. I started making cakes in 2007 and just fell in love with it! Who knew one little class at Michaels craft store would lead to 10 years now of creating beautiful cakes and treats for all of you. I am a stay at home mommy to two Toddlers under 3 years. This season of life is full of busy mom days and toddler craziness. I have always had a need to create and make things, cake decorating is one of my favorite outlets My love for baking and creating all things crafty runs deep!
